Alice d'Apolito, aka Lice-works, is a multidisciplinary Italian artist currently residing in Leeds, UK. She dedicates herself to the meticulous exploration of self through oil paint on wood panels. In her artistic pursuit, she intertwines the realms of reality and dreams, conceiving each canvas as a perpetual journey of creation. Her oeuvre predominantly assumes an autobiographical narrative, delving into the depths of emotions, dreams, childhood recollections, and reflections on contemporary issues.

Beyond the visual realm, her talents extend to the written word, with her animations, illustrations, and comics, which she has found to be published in various esteemed magazines and animation film festivals across the UK and Europe.

Broadening her creative footprint, we now have the opportunity to see her work directly from Alice’s new art studio based in Leeds, where she will update her new journey and give the possibility to invite galleries and clients and to make new connections around the world.
